Ingredients:
1 cup E&V Tangerine Chili Ponzu Marinade & Dressing
3 cups shredded green cabbage
3 cups shredded purple cabbage
1 red bell pepper, grated
1 cucumber
1 cup grated carrots
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Peel cucumber and cut in half lengthwise, with a teaspoon scrape out seeds
and discard, thinly slice cucumber halves. Toss all ingredients with E&V Tangerine Chili Ponzu Marinade & Dressing in a large bowl and serve. Serves 6 to 8
