Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
4 tablespoons E&V Key Lime Tangerine Chili Marinade & Dressing
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
In a medium pan add rice, water and coconut milk. Bring to a boil and reduce to low, simmer with lid on until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in E&V Key Lime Tangerine Chili Marinade & Dressing and cilantro. Serves 4
