SPINACH SALAD WITH WARM GOAT CHEESE PATTIES (Blood Orange Balsamic Finishing Sauce)

Recipe Suggestion:

Coat goat cheese patties with chopped pecans or walnuts. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and toast patties just until warm but not melted. Toss spinach and mandarin slices with E&V Blood Orange Balsamic Finishing Sauce, place warm goat cheese patties on top of salad and serve.
