Ingredients:
Large sweet potatoes
Red Cabbage, shredded
Red bell pepper, diced
Avocado, diced
Red onion, diced
Cilantro, chopped
Feta cheese, crumbled
E&V Key Lime Tangerine Chili Marinade & Dressing
Sour cream
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Bake sweet potatoes at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, or until they are fork tender. Let cool slightly then gently split open with a fork. Whisk together even amounts of E&V Key Lime Tangerine Chili Marinade & Dressing and sour cream. Stuff sweet potatoes with ingredients and dress with key lime cream.
