Orange, Arugula & Feta Salad (Blood Orange Balsamic Finishing Sauce)

Per Salad Ingredients:

Handful of arugula
1 orange, skin cut off and sliced
1/4 cup cubed feta cheese
5 or 6 black cured olives, such as Kalamata
E&V Blood Orange Balsamic Finishing Sauce
Sprinkling of fresh chopped parsley, optional
Salt & fresh cracked pepper

Preparation & Instructions:
Plate arugula and top with fresh orange slices, feta cheese, olives and parsley. Drizzle with E&V Blood Orange Balsamic Finishing Sauce and serve. Serves 1
