SPIDER COOKIES (Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade)

Recipe & Serving Suggestion:

For a fun Halloween party serve these cookies on a black platter.

Mix equal parts of E&V Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade with Mascarpone or Cream Cheese.
Place a dollop of "pumpkin-cheese" frosting on one cookie, place pretzel sticks in frosting and top with second cookie. Put two small dots of frosting on top of cookie and place a raisin on each for spider eyes.
