Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, gilled and sliced
1 cup uncooked rice, brown or white
15 ounce can black beans, drained
1 ripe avocado, sliced
12 cherry tomatoes, but into quarters
1 cup shredded cheese, Monterey jack or cheddar
6 large tortillas, burrito size
1 1/2 cups sour cream
6 tablespoons E&V Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Mix sour cream and E&V Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard together in a small bowl. Place all ingredients in separate bowls, warm tortillas and serve family style so everyone can build their own burritos. Serves 6
