Ingredients:
1 pound ground lamb
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup E&V Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam
1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
3 tablespoons red onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons Herbs De Provence spices
1 teaspoon salt
12 slider buns
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together except for slider buns. Divide into 12 even patties. Preheat an oiled skillet over medium heat and cook lamb patties to desired doneness. Place patty on bun and top with a tablespoon of Yogurt Cucumber Dill Sauce. Yields 12
