Ingredients: 12 ounces fresh cranberries 1/2 cup sugar Zest and juice from 1 orange 10.5 ounce jar E&V Raspberry Jalapeño Jam
Preparation & Cooking Instructions: In a non reactive pan, cook cranberries, sugar, orange zest and juice over medium heat until cranberries burst and are soft. Add E&V Raspberry Jalapeño Jam, stir and bring to a low boil and remove, let cool slightly before serving. Serves approximately 6 to 8
