STEAK, BLUE CHEESE & APPLE JAM BRUSCHETTA (Spicy Apple Garlic Jam)

Ingredients:
10 thick slices of sourdough bread loaf
Olive oil
8 ounces flank steak, seasoned & grilled to desired doneness
1 cup baby arugula
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 heaping tablespoons chopped basil
3 ounces soft blue cheese
E&V Spicy Apple Garlic Jam
Salt & fresh cracked pepper

Cooking & Preparation Instructions:
In a small bowl toss arugula, tomatoes and basil together and set aside. Cut steak into thin slices. Brush bread with olive oil and toast under a broiler until well toasted, remove and let cool slightly. Spread each slice with blue cheese and 1 tablespoon E&V Spicy Apple Garlic Jam. Top with steak, arugula mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
