PUMPKIN MARMALADE CREPES (Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade)
Ingredients:
½ cup ricotta
½ cup E&V Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade
4 crepes
2 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts
Whip cream, optional
Cooking & Preparation Instructions:
Blend together ricotta and E&V Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade until well blended, fill crepes and roll. Top with whip cream, nuts and extra E&V Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade and serve. Serves 2
